Joshua Saghezi, Founder and Principal of SolidLine Construction, brings a rare combination of formal construction education, hands-on trade experience, and full-cycle project management to every job.

Joshua holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from California State University, Northridge and is a licensed General Building Contractor. His background includes managing and building residential projects from the ground up—overseeing budgeting, estimating, scheduling, permitting, subcontractor coordination, and final inspections. He has worked directly in the field across multiple trades, including framing, electrical, plumbing, and finish work, giving him a practical understanding of how projects should be built—not just managed.

Before founding SolidLine Construction, Joshua served in project engineering and management roles on both residential and large-scale construction projects, including multi-million-dollar jobs. This experience shaped his disciplined approach to planning, quality control, and accountability. Today, he applies those same standards to residential and light commercial projects, ensuring each build is organized, transparent, and executed to a high professional standard.
